In my Administrative Officer / Customer Service Support role at Topcoat Paint Nigeria, I managed daily operations, handled customer inquiries, and improved satisfaction. I also supported sales and customer relations by maintaining sales and inventory records, preparing reports, and coordinating budget and resources.

Previously, I supported school administration while teaching Geography, using multimedia resources and hands-on field trips to strengthen learning. I’ve also worked as a receptionist/customer support professional and continue freelance work as a virtual assistant and graphic & web designer, including email management, scheduling, data entry, and simple website design.
