I’m a customer-focused administrative professional with experience assisting clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. I’m skilled in communication, problem-solving, and maintaining positive relationships while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
In my roles as an Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Officer, and Customer Service Representative, I handled record keeping, documentation, data entry, and accurate filing systems. I also managed calendars and scheduling, coordinated office supplies, and supported meeting and report/invoice preparation to keep teams organized.
