I’m an inpatient patient placement and patient access support professional focused on keeping care moving—through bed management communication, transfer coordination, and discharge follow-up. In fast-paced environments, I prioritize accuracy, urgency, and clear next steps for patients, families, and internal teams.

At the Federal Medical Center in Onitsha, I coordinated inpatient placement by supporting daily admissions and maintaining tight communication between clinical units and administrative teams. I managed high-volume inbound calls (about 20/day), supported roughly 15 admissions/placements per day, and coordinated around 5 discharge follow-ups per week while keeping EMR/scheduling platforms up to date.

I also bring strong documentation discipline and privacy awareness. I protect confidential information in line with HIPAA and facility privacy policies, verify patient demographics and contact details, and handle referrals and authorization support to reduce placement delays and improve continuity of care. I’m currently continuing my growth while studying toward my HND.
