Ohiemi Adegbe
@ohiemiadegbe
Multi-sector evaluation specialist turning evidence into learning for health, governance, and private-sector programs.
What I'm looking for
I’m a multi-sector, multi-program evaluation specialist with 17 years of experience across government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), progressing from field-level monitoring and evaluation to portfolio-level evaluation and learning for strategy development. My work spans performance reviews, management information systems, and evaluations across health, education, child protection, gender, governance, and private sector development/M4P projects.
Since 2017, I’ve supported country strategic interventions of USAID, FCDO, and Gates Foundation by testing theories of change with research and available evidence, and identifying learning platforms and mechanisms. I coordinate multi-cultural teams in senior management roles, and lead mixed-methods evaluations (including ToC review, VFM support, OECD-DAC criteria, data collection, analysis, and reporting) to drive accountability, organizational learning, and better program decisions.
