Provides evaluation services, analysis, report writing, and strategic planning, including support for theory of change, M&E and result frameworks, performance reviews, and knowledge management. Also supports proposal writing for business development.

Led evaluation activities for the FCDO-funded Health Research Programme consortia (RPC) mid-term evaluation and assessment of the funding modality, with a learning and accountability focus. Oversaw technical leadership, mixed-methods data collection and analysis, and delivery of FCDO/OECD-DAC-aligned reports and stakeholder presentations.

Served as Lead/Team Lead for the FCDO Nigeria Portfolio Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) inception period, providing technical leadership across portfolio-level data, evidence, and learning. Contributed to quantitative and qualitative analysis, issue tracking, outcome pathway mapping and light-touch contribution analysis, and drafting theories of change aligned to HMG Nigeria strategies.

Served as Nigeria Country Representative (chief of party) for USAID-funded Data for Impact (D4I), leading in-country evaluation activities with USAID and implementing partners. Coordinated portfolio theory of change review, process/interval evaluations across health projects, capacity strengthening via RECAP, fieldwork and analysis, and dissemination of evaluation findings.

Served as Country Lead/focal person for the Gates Foundation (BMGF)-funded Family Planning Country Action Process Evaluation (FP CAPE) in Nigeria, focusing on portfolio-level monitoring and evaluation of family planning investments. Provided senior monitoring and evaluation (M&E) technical support to USAID and implementing partners, advising on methods and systems to meet M&E deliverables. Managed evaluations and supported results-management/CLA through evaluation design and analysis, data quality assessments, and capacity building for data collection and monitoring.

Supported strengthening of Nigeria’s child protection monitoring framework and information management system by mapping existing systems and developing tools and training materials. Contributed to setting up the Child Protection Information Management System across key sectors and supported baseline assessment, indicator development, user training, and donor reporting.

Provided technical and management oversight as acting for the National Programme Manager for DFID’s Independent Monitoring and Evaluation Project (IMEP). Supported DFID reporting and oversight of state-level programme monitoring activities, including citizens’ perception survey implementation and reviews of programme M&E frameworks.

Conducted quality assurance of five programmes’ M&E systems and provided guidance and support for improvements. Supported quarterly progress reporting, additional data collection planning and implementation, capacity-building in M&E, and development/dissemination of knowledge products.
