What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead program design and MEL/knowledge management on donor-funded health and inclusion initiatives, turning operational learning into policy-ready knowledge products—while strengthening safeguarding, data quality, and measurable outcomes.

I’m a results-driven Program Specialist and Knowledge Management Expert with over 8 years supporting USAID-funded, multilateral, and foundation-supported programs across public health, gender equity, child protection, and social inclusion.

I specialize in program design and implementation, learning agenda development (CLA Approach), Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), and building knowledge management systems that turn complex data into strategic knowledge products for policy influence and program improvement.

Across roles, I’ve led operational and implementation research, integrated safeguarding and GBV principles, managed donor compliance and reporting (USAID, TETFUND, UNICEF), and strengthened evidence generation through technical briefs, abstracts, and peer-reviewed publications.

I also bring grant and team support experience—grant writing and budget tracking, ethics review submissions, stakeholder engagement, and supervision of field enumerators—so programs run safely, efficiently, and with measurable learning.
