What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep delivering end-to-end IT and digital banking programs—running Agile delivery rhythms, partnering with product and vendors, and translating business objectives into functional requirements that drive measurable value.

I’ve been driving IT project delivery at Stanbic IBTC Holdings in Lagos, coordinating complex work across payments, collections, trade, and digital banking. I led the SISL cloud migration from on-prem to a cloud SaaS platform across 7 channels and delivered the BEDC Collection API, automating reconciliation and growing monthly collections from ₦100M to ₦1.5Bn.

I also delivered the Trade Online Integration platform for digital trade instructions (LCs, guarantees, and import collections) and automated Proof of Payment for NIP, NEFT, and NAPS. On every sprint, I run stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder reporting—plus I’ve built Power BI dashboards to keep senior teams aligned on project health and value.
