What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technology and payment-infrastructure delivery in regulated financial services, coordinating cross-functional teams, enterprise clients, integrations, releases, and data-driven project reporting.

At Interswitch, I lead hosted payment infrastructure and technology delivery for more than 12 banks across Africa, including debit card issuance, shared payment services, APIs, and production readiness.

I turn business and technical requirements into delivery plans, sprint activities, milestones, release commitments, and stakeholder reporting. I coordinate product, infrastructure, development, QA, banking clients, and external partners through testing, deployment, and handover.

I also build Power BI dashboards and data models using SQL, Excel, and SharePoint to improve visibility into project health, budgets, resources, profit margins, and task completion. I apply Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and Waterfall approaches pragmatically, supported by AI-enabled reporting and documentation practices.
