I’m a formerly Junior Underwriter with Howdie Insurance, gaining hands-on experience in Personal Lines while contributing to business strategy for growing and streamlining the division. I’ve strengthened my background in risk management and insurance underwriting through preparing, administering, and updating client-facing policy information.

In my roles with HOLLARD leadership (Mallac Hearle & Associates), I prepared 10+ quotes per month, issued 8+ new business policies, and handled policy endorsements and corrective actions based on loss ratio and claims history. I also focus heavily on organized data management—filing, extracting important documents, attaching them to the system, and using Excel spreadsheets to track cover and apply NCB—alongside clear client and broker communication.
