Nkosephayo Khanyile

I am an insurance and risk management professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) focused on Insurance and Risk Management from the University of the Witwatersrand. My academic background includes reinsurance, advanced liability, investments, econometrics and corporate finance, which underpin my analytical approach to risk.

As a Graduate Trainee at Marsh and McLennan, I rotated through multiple insurance classes, building a broad, practical understanding of the industry and day-to-day client needs. I stepped into the associate client executive role for six months, handling renewals, endorsements, policy checks and liaison with underwriters.

I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and bring clear verbal and written communication, problem solving, critical thinking and strong time management to my work. I have experience preparing pre-renewal and renewal summaries, processing refunds, and managing premium collection items.

I am motivated to contribute to a team where I can apply technical insurance knowledge, strengthen client relationships and continue developing expertise in underwriting and risk advisory services.
