What I'm looking for

Operator who turns work that runs on chat threads and memory into systems: one written record, named owners, a weekly operating rhythm and decisions prepared for the executive who makes them, increasingly run with AI.

I work directly with founders and executives. At Human Garage, I presented the operational audit to the CEO and now prepare decisions for the COO; I led the move from WhatsApp to Slack and co-built a 17-project portfolio plan. At Mobilise Global, I brief the CEO in writing on client escalations and capacity gaps while running the Telecel Global programme, which launched a four-platform travel eSIM in August 2026. At David Ghiyam Experience, I built the customer-experience issue register and automated the weekly reporting.

Earlier, I mapped an HR services company’s client lifecycle, wrote its operations playbook and specified its self-serve hiring and payroll platform.

I build the AI layer that keeps this running: knowledge bases built from email, chat and meeting records, scheduled sweeps that keep action, risk and decision registers current, and automated reporting.

Based in Giza, Egypt, working remotely across US, UK and African time zones. 5+ years of line management. Arabic (native) and English (full professional proficiency).

Wellness-media company moving to media-tech. Led the operational audit (10+ interviews, 6 domains, 6 core workflows mapped) and presented it to the CEO, who approved it as the basis of Phase 2. Now work with the COO: led the WhatsApp-to-Slack migration (cut over 2 Sep 2026), co-built a 17-project portfolio plan and project-manage the finance dashboard (32 requirements).
