Serving as a board member, I contribute to strategic decision-making and organizational direction. I lead all operational functions including PMO, development, quality control, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, overseeing product delivery for B2G & B2B platforms such as Umrah Gate and Safa Live.

Managed enterprise ERP development teams and discovery initiatives, overseeing full project lifecycles with a focus on delivery timelines and budget adherence. I led cross-departmental collaboration across analysts, developers, and business units, completing 5 mega projects in web and mobile development.

Delivered end-to-end ERP implementations across multi-location environments, spearheading process reengineering and change management programs. I collaborated with executive sponsors and external consultants to align system deployment with business goals, successfully managing budgets and allocating resources to maximize productivity and profitability.

Led ERP transformations, ISO certification programs, and quality assurance frameworks. I completed full Fintech solution implementation including scoring engine, EKYC, and governmental integrations, developing and optimizing internal processes aligned with ERP capabilities.

Planned, directed, and coordinated business operations, including formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of human resources, purchasing, and administrative services. I managed all client-facing and back-end functions across OTS business lines, including call center, customer service, client relation management, quality assurance, PMO, and technical development.

Ensured all company products and services met and exceeded customer needs and expectations, and was responsible for call center quality and customer satisfaction. I liaised with customers' auditors, ensuring corrective action and compliance with specifications, and standardized documentation processes including policies, quality manuals, and procedures.

Implemented PMO system automation and developed a Performance Management System with full automation, including BSC. I established QHSE standards and expectations, preparing and maintaining policies, guidelines, and other QHSE documentation applicable to all teams.

Studied Mechanical Power Engineering. Gained foundational knowledge in mechanical systems and power generation.

Completed an MBA module focusing on Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Acquired skills in process improvement and quality control.
