I handled guest concerns professionally, efficiently managed food and beverage orders, maintained cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, and trained junior staff to improve service efficiency and customer experience.

During my service year as a Catering Assistant with the Nigerian Navy (Nigerian Navy Ship Soroh, Central Naval Command), I supported meal preparation and service while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards. I worked on large-scale catering operations with timely meal distribution, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail while working under pressure.

Earlier, as a Personal Assistant at Small-Scale Loan Services Company, I provided comprehensive administrative and organizational support—coordinating schedules and communications, managing documentation and record-keeping, and conducting client follow-ups with professionalism and strict confidentiality.
