I am a highly effective administrator, communicator, team player and team leader with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders to achieve numerous project goals. I bring a methodical, customer focused approach and a strong drive to see things through to completion.

As Head of Operations and Personnel Manager at Sizzlers Corporate Group (2021 to 2026), I planned and executed programs to ensure rapid and steady business growth. I supervised daily operations, ensured strict compliance to organizational policies, and supported transportation and logistics while keeping point of sales machines fully functional.

In addition to operations, I led HR functions end-to-end, overseeing on-boarding and off -boarding, staff training, payroll, CRM and all other HR functions of the organization. Previously, in the IT department of the National Open University of Nigeria (2011 – 2019), I worked across networking, hardware solutions, student portal support, e-examination setup, course content uploading, and results handling.

I also bring audit and quality strength from my experience as a Quality Control Officer at S. Daniel Nigerian Ltd (2009 – 2011), where I checked and documented equipment and materials against approved standards and LPO requirements before payments were approved. Whether independently or as part of a team, I am committed to delivering high quality results that extends expectations and drive business success.
