I’m a resourceful Administrative Expert and Operations Manager with a strong background in quality control, property management, and ICT leadership. I help organizations improve efficiency through lean management and resource optimization, while keeping teams aligned with strategic corporate targets.

Across HR and administration roles, I provide administrative support end-to-end—answering employee questions on payroll and benefits, handling complaints promptly and professionally, and supporting audits and policy compliance.
