I’m looking for a Scrum Master role where I can lead Agile delivery, drive automation and continuous improvement through workshops and measurable roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on-time, validated results.

I’m an IT engineer with 8+ years of experience in project management, automation, continuous improvement, and the agile/scrum framework. I partner with clients and technical teams to optimize processes, facilitate deliveries, and ensure goals compliance in both remote and onsite environments.

At IBM Mexico, I served as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and acted as the focal point for Mexico and Latin America. I ran Design Thinking assessments and workshops to identify pain points, prioritize solutions, and guide implementation with roadmaps aligned to measurable project/IBM saving goals.

Previously, I worked as a Project Manager Jr / Scrum Master (Automation), co-leading custom automation deployments across Mexico and Latin America. I standardized an Agile delivery model with intern teams, met quarterly performance targets, and transitioned interns into client-facing roles.

Earlier, I led intern teams as a Scrum Master – PMO (Automation) and improved productivity using Scrum practices, while consolidating program metrics for executive visibility. I also bridged business needs and technical solutions as a Business Analyst / RPA Developer, creating design documents and deploying RPA bots using WinAutomation and Automation Anywhere.
