I’m a detail-orientated and self-motivated professional seeking roles in administrative support, data entry, or customer service. I’m comfortable working independently, managing tasks online, and meeting deadlines with a strong focus on accuracy.
In my current role in remote Admin support and Finance at Dibata Security, I manage emails and support client queries, capture and organize data using spreadsheets, and assist with daily administrative tasks. I prioritize clear communication, organization, and reliable record management to keep work moving smoothly.
Previously, I worked as a Foreign exchange Teller at First National Bank (2012–2019), processing foreign currency transactions including buying and selling international currencies. I provided accurate exchange rate information, handled cash transactions in multiple currencies, balanced cash drawers, maintained accurate transaction records, and ensured compliance with financial regulations (FICA/KYC) while monitoring suspicious activity in line with AML policies.
Earlier experience includes a learnership at Absa Branch as a Teller and Student support clerk, where I handled cash deposits/withdrawals, cheque deposits/withdrawals, processed payments and transfers, and performed daily balancing and reconciliation. I also detected fraudulent activities, followed compliance, engaged clients with new products, and identified new sales opportunities—supported by my National Diploma in Financial Management.
