I'm looking to support healthcare practices with HIPAA-compliant patient coordination, EHR documentation, insurance verification, prior authorization, billing, and revenue cycle workflows.

I'm supporting telehealth operations at HAFAM Medical Centre, serving 500+ active patients across multiple states. I manage provider scheduling, insurance eligibility, prior authorizations, patient charts, SOAP notes, refill coordination, and diagnostic records.
