I manage HMO billing and claims activities, coordinating with healthcare providers, clients, HMO representatives, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and keep cases moving.

I review service documentation, billing information, tariffs, approvals, and outstanding records to support accurate billing, timely resolution, and revenue collection. I use Excel and digital systems to track, reconcile, and report billing activities.

Through VirtualFlux Integrated Services, I supported digital marketing, prospect research, lead organization, outreach, and customer engagement. I’m comfortable initiating conversations, qualifying leads, handling objections, and following up with prospects.

I also bring administrative and customer support experience from Redyamin Assistant and Meritia Enterprise, where I handled enquiries, maintained records, managed multiple tasks, and supported customers professionally in remote work environments.
