What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Data Analyst role where I can automate reporting with Python, run A/B tests, and translate CX and sales data into clear, actionable recommendations for product and operations teams.

I’m a Data Analyst who uses Python (pandas) to analyze and process data, automate search and identification of customer inquiries, and maintain/prioritize a CX backlog by defining and documenting tasks to improve customer experience. At Bereke Bank, I collected and consolidated data with product, operations, and analytics teams and prepared monthly analytical presentations for product lines.

I also automated regular reporting for sales performance across business sectors using Python (pandas), Apache Airflow, SAS Enterprise Guide (Oracle), and MySQL, and supported optimization through A/B testing using CTR, CPC, ACOS, and conversion rate. With an M. Sc. in Artificial Intelligence, I enjoy combining experimentation and analytics with machine learning—supported by skills like scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
