What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an analytics role where I can run product experiments, build automated data pipelines, and partner with product teams to improve conversion, retention, and operational efficiency in fintech products.

I’ve spent 5+ years in fintech and banking products, working on product analytics and experimentation for user bases up to 13M MAU. At Bank CenterCredit (Bcc.kz), I designed and analyzed 50+ A/B tests on 8M+ users to improve conversion and retention across 21 credit products.

I built ETL pipelines and automation that reduced manual work and kept data flowing—using Airflow and dashboards and internal alerting systems. I also developed an XML parser in Oracle PL/SQL so teams could access fresh data on millions of clients.

Most recently at TBC Bank (TBC UZ), I partnered with product teams to analyze user behavior, designed customer segmentation models for product and marketing decisions, and owned data quality and consistency for key product metrics.
