I’ve built and maintained full credit-product funnels at Beeline, including block-level diagnostics and custom statuses. I dig into conversion, drop-off, client behavior, and campaign effectiveness across SMS, Push, and Call Center.

I forecast run-rate and model monthly projections using linear regression, then translate those AR/CR and funnel insights into product improvements. I’ve also supported ETL optimization—Spark jobs, incremental loads, cron schedules—and troubleshot data gaps and pipeline failures.

At Uzum, I implemented event tracking to capture in-app user interactions and behaviors. I developed 10+ Power BI dashboards for product, risk, marketing, and leadership, and built DWH tables, views, and analytical layers in PostgreSQL.

Earlier, I worked on data analysis and data mining at Kaspi.kz and investigated payment and ATM/service failures. I also taught SQL and Python at Technikum School, designing practical workshops and mentoring students through projects and diploma defenses.
