What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support customers, troubleshoot technical issues, communicate clearly through digital platforms, learn new systems, and build a long-term career in customer support and technology.

I'm building practical cybersecurity and IT support skills through student projects, including Windows and Linux administration, basic networking, Nmap scanning, virtualization, and OWASP-guided security assessments.

I troubleshoot common computer, software, networking, and application issues step by step, document findings and solutions, and explain technical information in simple language. I'm comfortable communicating professionally through chat and other digital platforms while working independently.

I'm seeking a remote opportunity where I can provide helpful, efficient customer support, learn new systems quickly, and grow a long-term career in customer support and technology.
