I’m a proactive, results-oriented professional who supports growth and partner engagement across marketplace and e-commerce platforms. I build strong partner relationships, understand customer needs, and use data to guide decisions that improve partner performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

In my current role as a Commercial Operations Associate at Ando (Kigali, Rwanda), I focus on practical solutions that strengthen partner engagement and contribute to revenue growth. I’m comfortable analyzing what’s working, identifying gaps, and improving operational efficiency through clear, measurable actions.

Alongside operations, I bring deep communication and people-development skills from teaching English & Kinyarwanda at Trinity Academy Rwinkwavu. I create engaging learning environments, encourage student participation and confidence, and assess progress by providing feedback that supports continuous improvement.

I also work as an Interpreter/Translator for Partners In Health Rwanda, facilitating respectful communication between English-speaking visitors and Kinyarwanda-speaking communities. That experience sharpened my cross-cultural communication, clarity, and professionalism—qualities I bring into both partner-facing work and language-focused projects, including my interest in AI, language technology, and innovation.
