At ByteDance, I continued leading platform reliability and observability initiatives for Tokopedia services after Tokopedia's integration into ByteDance. I led their integration into ByteDance's Internal Cloud and worked to standardize observability and platform adoption.
At Tokopedia, I led development and delivery of observability services, and optimized New Relic licensing and telemetry ingestion to improve monitoring efficiency while reducing operational costs. I also completed the migration and decommissioning of New Relic monitoring across Tokopedia services.
Earlier at Tokopedia, I developed Go chatbot features, WebSocket and REST API services, and integrations with Salesforce CRM. At Samsung R&D Indonesia, I developed internal sales support applications using Spring Framework and Native Android.
