What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a hands-on Lead, Staff or Senior engineering role that combines deep individual contribution with technical leadership.

At Mekari, I lead a team of five engineers while writing production code and owning architecture for the Billing and Subscription System and the Leads and Onboarding platform. I built EM-Coder and EM-Loop, an in-house AI Orchestrator that sends every merged PR through an AI-assisted pipeline and supports five or more deployments per week.

I established an AI-first development lifecycle for specifications, task generation, code, tests and reviews. That work cut average feature cycle time from four days to two, with no increase in escaped defects.

At Grab, I architected and shipped Go microservices for GrabMerchant, serving merchants and agents across Southeast Asian markets at hundreds of requests per second. I used gRPC, REST APIs and event streaming to support those services, and contributed to their production monitoring and on-call support.

Earlier, at Kudo, I led the mobile engineering team and owned the technical roadmap and release process for the Kudo Android application (GrabKiosk). Across my roles, I’ve worked on backend, web and mobile products, and I’m seeking a hands-on Lead, Staff or Senior engineering role that combines deep individual contribution with technical leadership.
