At Tokopedia, I build and maintain Go microservices for the CRM platform, supporting sustained traffic of approximately 20k QPS and promotional peaks exceeding 100k QPS.
I've owned shared backend components across nine production services, including CRM campaign delivery, reusable RPC services, and notification infrastructure. My work spans distributed messaging, storage, observability, cloud infrastructure, and safe production migrations without service interruption.
I led a trigger-notification migration that maintained continuity for a feature system contributing 15–17% monthly GMV, and designed an RPC-based Device ID service that decoupled device management from the notification pipeline. I also built DAG-based CRM workflow orchestration, personalized voucher notifications that mitigated 62% CRM MAC risk, and automated NSQ topology reconfiguration without service restarts.
Earlier, at Moving Bytes Digital, I turned client requests into React and Node.js web features, including desktop browser push notifications. I also built an end-to-end real-time epilepsy detection system integrating ECG hardware, backend processing, Android visualization, and push alerts.
