At ByteDance Global E-Commerce, I build and operate Go services for a digital-goods platform processing thousands of requests per second and tens of millions of monthly orders. I led critical migrations for Indonesia's largest e-commerce platform with zero traffic disruption.

I'm the primary developer behind Partner Portal, a tracked after-sales channel connecting ByteDance with third-party providers. I also own pre-payment offer validation, blocking approximately 9,600 invalid promo redemptions, and improved partner-boundary reliability through idempotency, retry semantics, and failure isolation.

Previously at Tokopedia, I built Go microservices and Salesforce workflows for Customer Excellence, supporting roughly 40K tickets each month. I automated 180K+ shipping escalations and delivered CRM integrations, CI/CD, observability, chatbot flows, and external-service offloading around Salesforce platform limits.

My earlier full-stack work at K24Klik and Larissa Aesthetic Center covered mobile, web, payments, shipping, order management, internal systems, and engineering mentorship. I enjoy owning services end to end and making large-scale systems safer to change.
