What I'm looking for

I am looking for a senior technical delivery or architecture role at a remote-first company, or one where remote is genuine rather than hub-adjacent. The work I do best is what I did at Crayon: owning something end to end, building the structure as well as running it. Flexible on hours for team overlap. Authorized to work in the EU, US, and UAE without sponsorship, and open to relocating.

I started as a .NET developer and moved into cloud, which is where most of my career has been: nine years spanning solutions architecture, technical program management, and practice leadership.

The work I am proudest of is at Crayon, where I built the Application Innovation practice for the Middle East from nothing. That meant defining the service catalogue, the delivery methodology, the team structure, and the go-to-market materials, building a partner network across Microsoft, AWS, Google, Red Hat, and Dynatrace, and delivering the first engagements myself before there was anyone to hand them to. It reached profitability in its first year at roughly $300K to $400K in revenue. Named delivery from that period includes an org-wide DevOps and CI/CD transformation for a major Saudi bank, which was a training, tooling, process, and documentation program rather than a tool rollout, and a modern AWS-native data platform for the region's largest telco.

Before Crayon I spent three years at Microsoft, first as a Partner Technology Strategist and then as an Azure App Innovation Specialist covering strategic public sector. I carried an Azure consumption quota and ran business value assessments, architecture design sessions, well-architected reviews, and proofs of value with CIOs and engineering leads inside large government organizations. Three years of that on the vendor side, then three as a delivery partner, which means I know how vendor status reports get assembled and what they leave out.

Today I am Technical Program Manager on a multi-tenant B2B wholesale marketplace built on Angular and ASP.NET Zero. I own the roadmap and the full requirements-to-release lifecycle across 35+ release iterations, coordinate frontend, backend, QA, and business analysis specialists, and own change control and architecture oversight.

I hold a PMP and a Certified ScrumMaster, I am hands-on with Python, SQL, and C#/.NET, and I work across Azure and AWS. I am a native speaker of English, Arabic, and Italian, which has been load-bearing on EMEA delivery rather than decorative. I am authorized to work in the EU, US, and UAE without sponsorship.
