At the University of Doha for Science and Technology, I supported faculty and students in a 17-chair university teaching clinic for dental hygiene courses. I coordinated clinical schedules, teaching-space readiness, course materials, student activities, and communication across faculty, students, patients, and internal departments.

I manage correspondence, reports, forms, confidential records, policy documents, quality-assurance documentation, accreditation materials, calendars, purchasing requests, inventory records, vendor communication, and equipment servicing. I also support workshops, clinical sessions, inspections, and academic activities while meeting multiple deadlines.

My background also includes dental supplies coordination at College of the North Atlantic - Qatar, medical office administration in Ontario, and clinical dental roles across Canada and Jordan. I bring professional service in English and Arabic, along with hands-on experience in healthcare records, scheduling, patient support, and clinic workflow.
