At Franchise Management Group, I direct franchise operations across affiliated corporations, overseeing financial management, staffing, purchasing, and day-to-day decisions. I’ve operated 10 stores since 2019, with as many as eight locations running simultaneously, and manage more than 50 employees.
I prepare P&L statements, maintain accounting records, manage budgets, and analyze sales and operating expenses. At Park Management Group, I developed a leased property for use as a food truck park and administer its budget and relationships with more than six tenants; earlier, at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, I supported tax compliance and prepared federal and multistate returns.
