I am a detail-oriented medical technologist and content moderator with a Bachelor of Medical Technology (Dean’s lister) from Lyceum of the Philippines University, graduated 2020. I also pursued studies in Doctor of Medicine at Our Lady of Fatima University.

I have hands-on experience as a Customer Support Specialist at Inspiro Philippines (2019), and as a freelance Content Moderator and Medical Technologist (2020). I addressed user inquiries, monitored flagged posts to enforce platform rules, and provided empathetic support while ensuring compliance with data privacy.

I specialize in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and swab testing, and I bring social media skills in strategy, scheduling, analytics, engagement, and editing and polishing posts (text, images, and video). I am practiced at applying community guidelines, risk assessment, and escalation procedures while handling sensitive content.
