I’m a licensed Medical Technologist with 5 years of experience in clinical laboratory operations, healthcare administration, and team coordination. I currently work as a Medical Technologist I in a government hospital, with previous experience as a Chief Medical Technologist and Clinic Supervisor in a diagnostic clinic.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. I have experience with laboratory workflows, quality and regulatory compliance, patient documentation, scheduling, reporting, billing, accreditation requirements, and coordinating with healthcare teams and clients.

I’m also interested in transitioning into remote and technology-focused work. I enjoy learning new tools, exploring AI and digital technologies, and finding ways to make processes more organized and efficient.
