What I'm looking for

IT support roles, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency. a company where my experiences with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as my ability to install and configure systems will be put to work

From a young age, I was always fascinated by the ever-evolving world of technology. I turned this fascination into a career after graduating from Enugu State University of Science and Technology with a degree in Computer Electronics Engineering under Information Technology department. My first role was with Geofluid Drilling Company as Computer Network Administrator, where I was tasked with providing technical support for their employees, managing nearly 200 workstations.

With a knack for problem-solving, I spent two years at Geofluid company, successfully resolving over 95% of logged IT issues within the first 24 hours. This experience taught me the importance of communication in IT Support; it's not just about fixing a problem, but also helping people understand the fix.
