I've supported Mathabathe Human Capital Solutions as a Human Resources Intern, screening CVs, drafting interview questionnaires, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.

I coordinated HR Committee meetings, prepared agendas, captured minutes and action plans, managed applicant documentation through HR portals, and facilitated background checks. I also assisted with HR policy updates and compiled documentation for disciplinary hearings.

Alongside HR work, I run operations for B-Chills Mobile Fridge, managing event scheduling, logistics, quotations, invoices, financial tracking, and client service.

I've contributed to an organisational turnaround strategy, supported the rollout of an HR performance management system, and independently facilitated Emotional Intelligence training for an external client.
