What I'm looking for
I’m an experienced Logistics and Operations professional with 10+ years across fleet management, supply chain coordination, and operational support in FMCG and property services. In my current Logistics Coordinator role, I coordinate day-to-day site and maintenance operations, managing scheduling, labor allocation, dispatch planning, procurement, deliveries/collections, inventory control, and stock forecasting. I also own compliance and governance—permits, PCN/appeals, vehicle compliance (MOTs/servicing/repairs), and accident reporting—while producing operational reports that drive budgeting, cost control, and continuous process improvements.
Earlier in my career, I strengthened outcomes through real-time tracking and structured logistics execution at Tiger Brands, and high-volume fleet customer service at Cartrack. I created and managed job cards, investigated root causes, monitored GPS and onboard systems, handled SLA-based client issue resolution, and generated daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
