I’m looking for a logistics or operations management role where my strategic thinking and hands-on aviation cargo expertise combine to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, lead high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable performance.

I’m a Logistics and Operations Management professional with 17 years of experience in aviation operations, air cargo, supply chain coordination, team leadership, and regulatory compliance at OR Tambo International Airport (ORTIA). I’m MBA-qualified, and I combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution to keep complex logistics environments running smoothly.

I’ve led end-to-end air cargo operations across 24/7 shifts, managing secure freight movement in full compliance with CAA, IATA, SARS, and SHEQ frameworks. I focus on operational risk management—identifying, monitoring, and escalating risks early—while maintaining audit readiness through strong SOPs, compliance registers, and corrective action tracking.

My background includes leading multi-base fleet logistics as an Acting Cabin Services Fleet Manager, contributing to an executive-level strategic review that identified R14.7 million in annual operational savings. I also drove vendor consolidation and contract rationalisation, coordinated Business Continuity Management (BCM), and supported customs clearance compliance and chain-of-custody integrity for high-value shipments.
