I’m a tourism-and-hospitality focused candidate with practical experience as a waiter and as a product distributor. I bring strong communication, a reliable work ethic, and a customer-first mindset to every shift.

Through my TVET studies, I developed solid grounding in Travel Services Tourism Communication, Travel Office Procedures, Tourist Destination knowledge, and Hotel Reception. I’m motivated to learn and acquire skills in the tourism industry while contributing positively to team service, accuracy, and guest or client support.

In my roles, I’ve worked under pressure, maintained long hours, and supported clients by meeting and gathering new clients, promoting products, and assisting with fitness and dietary plans. I aim to be responsible for the existing rules regarding working hours, overtime, and conditions for employees.
