At Uzum, I built Go services for courier tracking and warehouse management, and improved API response times by about 50% with Redis caching and request optimization. I also improved frontend performance, cutting LCP from 4.5 seconds to 2.1 seconds and increasing conversion by about 12%.
I designed and built Uzum’s B2B Vendor Operations Platform from scratch, then tech-led it through company-wide rollout with a team of five engineers. About 1,000 vendors use the self-service product, and its backend serves around 330 requests per second.
Before Uzum, I worked on enterprise projects at EPAM Systems, built five internal systems as the sole developer at Cargoprime Corporation, and developed an automated accounting system and iOS client app at InHome Accountants. Before moving into software engineering, I led Asaka Bank’s Credit Department and helped roll out an automated credit scoring system across bank branches.
