Most recently, as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist for a Ministry of Education and Training project financed by the World Bank, I coordinate annual work plans with finance and component leads, and support evaluations through clear terms of reference where external consultants are required. Previously at the Competition Authority, I provided methodological and quantitative support, conducted economic analysis in competition cases, and delivered quality assurance of third-party expert submissions.
