At MTN Eswatini, I conduct independent risk and compliance monitoring reviews, validate Control Self-Assessments and Compliance Risk Management Plans, and assess internal ERM and compliance controls. I built the department’s first Power BI dashboard for findings tracking, was appointed AI Future Fit Champion, and am leading development of the Archer eGRC Compliance Monitoring Module.
I’ve also developed policies and supported change management at Inyeti Consultancy, while my work at Insika Financial Services included retirement-fund investment analysis, trustee training, and a Public–Private Partnership project with Eswatini Railways.
