@njogudennis

I process betting transactions, reconcile cash accurately, and deliver fast, customer-focused shop operations.

What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role in betting operations, customer service, or shop management where I can apply accuracy, speed, cash-handling discipline, and strong customer focus.

I'm currently processing daily bets, payouts, and customer transactions at Tembo Traders, while explaining odds and promotions, reconciling cash floats, and keeping accurate betting records.

My customer-facing experience also includes cashier work at Dovey Pharma, where I achieved 100% daily reconciliation accuracy, and nutrition internships at Thika Level 5 Hospital and Kandara Sub County Hospital, where I supported patient care teams and delivered nutrition education. I'm seeking betting operations, customer service, or shop management work where accuracy, speed, and customer focus matter.
