What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-service oriented role where I can leverage my nutrition background, data collection skills, and client-facing experience to grow professionally.

I am a proactive, detail-oriented nutrition and dietetics professional with hands-on experience in clinical nutrition roles and current experience as a call centre agent. I combine clinical training with strong communication and data-management skills to deliver accurate, compassionate care and reliable research data.

In clinical and community settings I developed and implemented personalized care plans, delivered nutrition counselling, ran health education and complementary feeding demonstrations, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. I have contributed to patient rounds, outreach programs, and maintained detailed intervention records.

Currently I conduct large-scale telephone interviews and manage research data while resolving participant issues and ensuring protocol adherence. I am seeking to grow within a customer service-oriented organization where I can apply my nutrition background, client-facing strengths, and data integrity focus.
