What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can apply data verification, quality analysis, administrative support, and problem-solving skills while learning new responsibilities and contributing to a collaborative team.

At CloudFactory Kenya, I crosscheck and verify entered data, analyze taskers’ work for errors, and update workflow records to support accuracy and quality.

I use coordination, planning, and critical thinking to meet schedules, resolve problems, and implement performance improvement strategies. I quickly learn new skills and apply them to improve efficiency and productivity.

During my industrial attachment at Pacis Insurance Kenya, I worked across claims, finance, and sales and marketing. I also met with customers, agents, and brokers to negotiate coverage, price, and service delivery, while monitoring underwriting team performance.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and bring computer operations training, administrative support skills, and experience working collaboratively with different people.
