What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can support end-to-end people operations, use workforce analytics to improve decisions, and drive employee engagement while strengthening diversity and inclusion—within a team that values continuous improvement and learning.

I’m an MBA candidate specializing in Human Resources and Marketing, with hands-on experience as an HR Generalist intern across technology and retail. I’ve supported HR operations through HRIS management, employee record management, training needs assessment, payroll assistance, onboarding, and HR documentation—keeping records accurate and audit-ready.

I also bring workforce analytics to HR decisions, using SPSS and MS Excel to analyze attendance and performance patterns and translate insights into actionable recommendations. I’m passionate about aligning HR practices with business goals, improving employee engagement, and championing diversity and inclusion through data-informed, process-focused work.
