I'm a finance professional with an unusual pairing: institutional controlling at scale, and having owned a full P&L myself as a founder.

Most recently I was International Financial Controller at Teads in Paris, a $1.3 billion advertising technology business. I was the single consolidation point between 24 country CFOs across APAC, EMEA and MENA and the VP of Finance. My job wasn't to collect numbers — it was to challenge them: monthly P&L, balance sheet and forecast submissions, before they became the group view. I built the Anaplan dashboards tracking variance against budget and forecast at country and group level, and I ran the financial analysis on 147 Global Business Partnerships — Apple, Nestlé, Pernod Ricard, Coca-Cola among them — representing $176M of annual revenue at a 74% gross margin. I also took the monthly close from seven business days to two, by standardising country submissions and automating 13+ cross-functional reports through Power BI and VBA.

Alongside and after that, I built Babystreet (YWE Ventures), a direct-to-consumer infant and baby-care brand in India. I took it from an idea to over $200,000 in revenue in under 18 months, across 6 marketplaces and 50+ SKUs, leading a cross-functional team of 21. I owned everything underneath it: the annual budget and monthly reforecast, SKU and channel-level P&Ls tracking contribution margin and ROAS, weekly pricing and replenishment decisions, and the supply chain end to end. The results I'm proudest of are the financial ones — EBITDA from −25% to +18%, 20 points added to contribution margin while blended CAC fell 30%, and landed costs cut around 35% by restructuring overseas procurement and consolidating freight into FCL with proper duty planning.

Earlier I worked on the investment side at Innovis VC in Paris, screening 30+ early-stage companies against the fund's criteria, building DCF and trading-multiple valuations, running diligence and authoring investment memos that I defended in review sessions. At British American Tobacco in Paris I sat in Finance & Strategy, where competitor and pricing analysis I ran drove SKU pricing changes worth a 7% market share gain, and I recovered €6 million of outstanding receivables across EMEA.

Education and credentials: Master in Management from ESSEC Business School, Paris (#2 QS World MiM 2025), on the Entrepreneurship & Finance track, with a GMAT of 730 and a full Eiffel Scholarship. B.Com (Hons) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. CFA Level 1 candidate, FMVA-certified with the Corporate Finance Institute, and Management Essentials at Harvard Business School. I work in English (bilingual), French and Hindi, and I'm strong in Excel, Power BI, SAP and Anaplan.
