What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead cross-functional IT delivery, business analysis, and data-driven initiatives where I can improve execution, align stakeholders, and build measurable business outcomes.

I'm coordinating end-to-end Agile software delivery for the Ministry of Defense – Indian Navy, managing 8+ concurrent IT projects across sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release scheduling, and defense-grade compliance.

I run sprint reviews and stakeholder meetings, use JIRA to monitor velocity, burndown, and defects, and mentor a 20-member development team and 15 interns to resolve delivery roadblocks.

Previously at EPPS Infotech, I translated requirements into SRS, BRD, POC, and UAT artifacts, owned UAT cycles, and built Power BI and Excel reporting for visibility across 15+ projects. At Phoenix Groups, I used SQL and market analysis to support prioritization, resourcing, and go-to-market decisions for GPS Fleet Management initiatives.

As co-founder of Maniac Esports, I've led marketing, sales, brand management, B2B campaigns, partnerships with brands including Razer and Kreo, and a network of 300+ creators and influencers.
