I am a production-focused professional with hands-on experience in manufacturing, training, and customer-facing roles. I have worked in automotive and fuel-system manufacturing environments and supported remote customer operations.

At UCAL Fuel System Ltd I developed training content, conducted practical training, supported training governance, and managed shift handovers to maintain production continuity and quality. I have experience inspecting parts, editing programs, and ensuring machine readiness for operators.

At Tata Ficosa Automotive I worked on assembly lines for rear-view mirror systems, monitored production processes, performed basic quality and testing checks, and handled storage of goods and raw materials. I also served as a tele associate at IndiaMART where I conducted voice-based outreach, verified business profiles, and met targets.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and have strengths in team management, time management, problem solving, and quick learning, combined with customer service, communication, and basic computer skills.
