I’m looking for remote opportunities where I can support administrative and back-office operations through strong process coordination, MIS reporting, order management, and clear client communication—working with teams that value smooth workflows and accountability.

I’m a results-driven Administrative and Operations Professional with 5+ years of cross-industry experience across back-office operations, sales coordination, and process coordination. I focus on documentation, MIS reporting, and smooth multi-department execution to keep workflows moving without bottlenecks.

In my current role as a Process Coordinator, I coordinate end-to-end process workflows across Production, Quality, IE, and Sampling. I maintain operational documentation and compliance records, generate MIS reports and dashboards, and use Blue Kaktus software to support garment production process management while liaising across departments.

Before that, I handled back-office and sales operations in manufacturing and printing, managing order processing, dispatch coordination, client queries, and ERP-based reporting. I’ve also strengthened my digital side through e-commerce catalog management on Flipkart/Meesho/IndiaMART/Shopsy, plus freelance YouTube channel management and video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and VN Editor.
