What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Strategy & Operations role in consulting/GovTech where I can apply process mapping, data-driven thinking, and policy comprehension—paired with Salesforce CRM and cloud delivery experience—to improve client outcomes through structured execution.

I’m a B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering (AI & Robotics) graduate with hands-on industry and research experience as a student, and I’ve filed 2 patents in Cyber-Physical Systems and IoT research. I’ve built a strong habit of synthesising technical knowledge into intellectual outputs, including work that spans both software and hardware components.

Through PwC’s Cloud Technology Development Programme (Salesforce CRM), I specialised in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform administration while learning enterprise CRM architecture and cloud-based client solution design in a Big 4 environment. I also developed fluency in consulting workflows, client requirements documentation, and cross-functional team collaboration in technology delivery contexts.

Two years of rigorous UPSC Civil Services preparation sharpened my analytical thinking, policy comprehension, and structured communication—skills I directly apply to Strategy & Operations roles. Alongside student leadership and program coordination, I’ve led budgets, managed logistics and stakeholder communication, and delivered frequent events—so I’m comfortable turning ambiguity into structured execution.
