At CX HUB, I build workflow automations and API integrations with Make and ClickUp, develop email automation pipelines for customer experience operations, and contribute to CX platform development.
At BLUEBIRDS GROUP, I built an LLM evaluation harness called Model Quality Floor and an agent-based anomaly detection pipeline, Ledger Guard AI. Ledger Guard AI routes low-confidence cases to human review and records decisions in an append-only audit trail.
I also built a five-step RAG pipeline over pgvector for Freeside, with cost-aware model routing and integrations with external systems. My full-stack work spans TypeScript and React alongside Python and FastAPI.
At EXPLORIUM, I designed and delivered front-end development curriculum and taught HTML/CSS and visual programming. I completed a BSc in Computer Science and AI at International Black Sea University.
